Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help.
The new treadmill arrived yesterday as promised. They tried to collect the other one yesterday but sent a driver without a tail lift on her van and so arranged for another van to come today. It was collected about half an hour ago and so is on it?s way back to you.
I have been so impressed with your level of customer service and care. It is refreshing to deal with a company that still has these values, so many companies these days do not seem to care about their customers. I will certainly not hesitate to use your company again in the future and will certainly recommend your company to anyone and everyone that will listen!
