Parts and Labour Guarantee
All our products carry a one year manufacturers parts and labour guarantee unless otherwise stipulated ( Hot Tubs Parts Warranty). If you receive a product which is faulty, contact us by fax or phone, or e-mail and we will be happy to exchange or refund if a suitable replacement cannot be found. This in no way affects your statutory rights.
Title of Goods
Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods are paid in full.
Quality and Use of Equipment
We make every effort to ensure that the products advertised on our site are of a high quality. We are governed by the manufacturers ability to provide the quality of product. There are times when this may be beyond our control. We make every effort to ensure that the purpose for which the product is advertised is the correct one. Equipment must at all times be used in conjunction with the manufacturers instructions, please read carefully before use. No one should undertake any form of exercise without first consulting their doctor or specialist and agreeing with them that it is safe for them to do so. If you are under medication or have any health related problems, please check with your doctor before exercising.
Customer Complaints
We make every effort to ensure that the service we provide is as efficient and effective as possible. However, if you do have a complaint about a product or our service, then e-mail our customer services department at store@ccsportsandfitness.com. We will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and our customer services department will endeavour to resolve the complaint as quickly possible keeping you informed at all times. All complaints will be confidential and treated fairly. Remember, we have a 10 day money back guarantee and all our products come with at least a one year manufacturers parts and labour guarantee. |
