In our busy life style, we hardly get time to exercise, our only way out is at gyms. We somehow manage to squeeze in some time to work out in a day. Here are a list of simple do?s and don?ts about gym etiquette.

- Always wear loose clothes made of fabric that will help your skin to breathe.

- Always carry your own equipments (in case you pump your own dumb bells)

- Keep your cellphones switched off, as you may disturb others who are working out. Often, people end up chatting for long hours in the changing room or while exercising. This actually disturbs others around him. So please don?t do so.

- Always carry your own things- towel, head gear, weights, and water bottle. It is not hygienic to share such things with others.

- Often, many people share the same instructor, so please wait for your turn. Often, people try to nudge their way in and ask the instructor to brief them up first. It makes sense to wait for your turn.

- Remember, everybody has a unique body and a unique way of working out, so what may work for one, will certainly not work for the others.
