There is a constant buzz about what not to eat and how to avoid over-eating and so on. However, to our surprise, not many people are actually aware of the various Do?s of eating

1) Always eat at a leisure. Never rush while eating. It will not only starve your system but will also hamper your system.

2) Always chew your food properly before swallowing. This will not only help you to get the flavor of the food but will also prevent you from over-eating. Many people simply gulp down food without chewing it. That?s wrong.

3) Always have water before eating food.

4) Never talk while eating. Most of our parents have tried their best to inculcate this manner within us. The logic being ? firstly, you may get choked in the process. Secondly, you may tend to overeat by doing so.

5) Never eat while on a run. Wait for five minutes and then you can move on.

Follow these simple Do?s. They are simple and very useful too. Just try them once and discover a better and healthier you.
