There are a number of diets all around the world. Indeed, if we follow a rigorous work out and top it up with an appropriate kind of diet regime, then nothing can stop us from losing weight. There are various kinds of diets. Each diet has certain pros and cons that need to be evaluated properly before following it. There is a famous Atkins diet that has swooned over a number of celebrities including Hollywood stars). As per the verdict passed by various celebrities, Atkins is a sure shot hit.. It apparently truly works. There is another famous diet called the GM (general motors) diet that asks you to eat only fruits one day, fish the second day and so on. Again this too has been widely followed all over the worlds and well appreciated. Then there is one diet called the Mediterranean diet, as per which you can have any food cooked in olive oil and grape fruits (as much as you want) all day long. Then there is a lemonade diet that asks you to sip on to lemonade (with out sugar) all day long to lose weight.
