All of us love to eat. In fact, past research has proven that most people love
to talk about food. Food is one subject that is not only diverse but it also helps
people to connect with each other all over the world. Food is a must for one and
all. However, there is certain major food blunders, that are best avoided.
1) Never eat food while chatting with your friends. It has been seen that people
tend to over eat while chatting. Their mind simply switches off and they end up
gorging down more than their appetite.
2) Often, people resort to munching food (read JUNK FOOD) when they are bored.
In such cases, they easily get bored and their mind is switched off completely.
This makes them eat food to break the monotony.
3) Many people tend to overeat; thanks to multi tasking. In today?s age, we are
at a constant time crunch; we end up eating more than desired, as our mind is
simply not registering our food intake.
4) Always have a light dinner. Dinner being our last meal of the day should be
kept light, so that our digestive system can get some rest.
