Healthy food is necessary. Thanks to our time crunch, we all end up gorging junk
food. In fact, most of us have even forgotten the taste of home food. As most
of us are living away from home, junk food seems to be the only way to survive.
However, we fail to realize how bad this is for our system. There is nothing worse
in this earth than damaging your system (and accumulating fat) by eating junk
food. Here are a few survival tactics for those who have to live away from home:-
1) Never miss breakfast. True, it becomes cumbersome to make breakfast for one.
However, you can do yourself one small favor of grabbing an apple and a glass
of milk. Never, by rule, leave your house without having breakfast.
2) Incase of lunch, try to avoid fried junk food. Most of us end up indulging
in pizzas and burgers. This is the worst thing that you can do to yourself. Go
for low fat salad dressing or open sandwiches.
3) In case of dinner opt for a plain and nutritious soup. In case you are ordering
food, you can simply opt for a slimmer’s salad or soup.
4) Often we eat out of boredom. Stop doing that. Think before eating.
