All of us are so engrossed in our daily life, that we hardly get time to look after our health. However, it is imperative on our part to realize that HEALTH is WEALTH. We all should wake up to the fact that it is important to take care of one?s health. Contrary to common myth, taking care of one?s health does not mean that one has to spend hours exercising or working out at the gym. The trick lies in incorporating a few trivial tips in one?s daily life.

Here are a few tips that one can easily incorporate in their life:-

1. Use stairs instead of the lift as much as you can.

2. Get off one stop before and walk back home.

3. Take your dog out for a walk.

4. Never skip break fast ( it leaves you more hungry than before ).

5. Always have a light lunch and dinner.

6. Try to avoid junk food like ? fried stuff and fatty stuff in general.

7. One should try to switch to healthy options. Opt for fruits instead of junk food. All one needs to do is simply opt for healthier snacks over junk ones.

8. Drink lots of water all day long to stay hydrated all day long.

9. Exercise on a daily basis for at least 30 minutes per day.

10. Include nutritious options in your diet. Include loads of leafy vegetables and fruits in ones diet. After all, our body receives the necessary nutrients from these things.

Just try out these few tips in your daily life and discover a newer and healthier you.
