In today’s world, we all suffer from time crunch. We are always on the run
and it becomes increasingly difficult for us to take out time for ourselves, leave
alone exercising. Thus, we need a few simple and helpful pointers, that can be
easily incorporated in our daily lives and make us fitter than before.
1) Always take the stairs- most of us are so lazy that we even take the lift to
the first floor. Always take the stairs. Climbing stairs will help you to work
on your thigh muscles (inner and outer thighs), Hamstring muscles and your buttocks.
So next time just leave 5 minutes earlier and take the stairs.
2) Always walk as much as you can- Try and walk around instead of driving. You
can take your dog out for a walk. You can walk to the grocery store (a block away)
instead of driving. You can even get off the subway or the bus one block before
and walk down to your desired place.
3) Try to go for a brisk walk or a light jog in the early hours. Thirty to forty
minutes of this is ideal for our body and really helps to lose fat all over the
body.
