We all talk about eating nutritious food. However, most of us are unaware of the
various ways of eating properly. Let us see how, we can do that:-
1. Eat food at regular intervals. Never try and abstain for food for more than
3 hours at a stretch. Keep nibbling food as and when you feel hungry. Most of
us make the mistake of demarcating our day in to three meals namely-breakfast,
lunch and dinner. What we have to realize is that just these three meals are
not enough for us. People who fast for long stretches may start having gastric
and other related ailments.
2. It is imperative for us to have a breakfast and kick-start the day. It is
essential that we start the day with a nutritious and wholesome meal. A lot
of us try and skip break fast. Skipping break fast just leaves us hungry and
that makes us eat more during lunches
3. It is important to have a heavy breakfast, a moderate lunch and a very light
dinner. If one starts a day with a heavy breakfast, then they do not feel that
hungry through out the day and can survive with a light lunch. Dinner being
the last meal of the day should always be very light.
4. Always have at least 12 glasses of water daily.
