Crunches are a must for all who want a flat abdomen. However doing a 100 or 150 crunches a day can become quite monotonous. Let us see, if there is a way, that we can do crunches, get the desired result and still make it a bit more interesting.

1) The first crunch is the normal, 50 a day would surely keep the fatty layers away. All you need to do is lie down on the floor and bend your knees and keep your hands behind your head. Now move your torso up and down.

2) The second crunch is the cycle crunch where you lift your feet off the ground and keep your legs parallel to the ground. Now you move up and down. This crunch has dual impact as your legs are in the air and your stomach muscles are actually supporting them.

3) The third type of crunch is the piano. It is just an extension of the cycle crunch. Al you need to here is to lift your legs of the floor and cross it. Again this crunch too has a dual impact.
