Exercise is the latest mantra to attain good health. We all know about it and implement it in our daily life. However, not many of us are aware of the do’s and don’ts of exercising. Here are a few pointers:-

1) We should always warm up before starting any exercise. We should always keep in mind that before we start the exercise regime, it is important that we perform a few warm up exercises like: spot jogging, crunches and so on in order to wake up our body. Most of the times, we ignore this basic fact and end up getting hurt. So, now you know why you get a catch in your body or sprain your leg while exercising.

2) One should always stretch after exercising. It is crucial that after exercising, you stretch the exercised part and relax. For example, after doing crunches, you can simply lie down on the floor and stretch your body and help it to relax.

3) It is very important to breathe properly while exercising. It is imperative that we follow the correct techniques for breathing. Incorrect breathing might end up giving you undesirable results.
