Water is one of the most important elements of the earth. It is very important for us to sip water through out the day. Here are a few pointers to help us go the hydrated way.

1) Always have a glass of Luke warm water (with a dash of lemon juice and honey) to cleanse your system and rejuvenate it.

2) It is important that on a normal day we have at least 12 glasses of water.

3) Cold water is believed to harden the fatty acids in our body. As a result, cold water makes it harder to lose weight. Thus, always have warm water or room temperature water to induce weight loss.

4) It is important to sip water throughout the day.

5) One should always have water at least half an hour before and after exercising.

6) As rigorous workouts, make us sweat a lot. It is important that we have loads of fruit juices to replenish our body with the required nutrients and minerals.

7) Sometimes, too much alcohol, tea or coffee intake ends up dehydrating the body. For such cases, it is important to drink loads of water to hydrate the body.

8) Even during winter, it is important to have 12 glasses of water. However, you can go for Luke warm water if you want.
