Meditation is extremely beneficial for our body, mind and soul. A lot of books and research has been done on this topic and it has been proved beyond doubt, that mediation has many benefits to us. Let us enumerate a few points:

1) Research has proved that meditating for 15 minutes in the early morning rejuvenates our body.

2) Research has proved that mediation improves one?s memory and helps one to retain things mentally faster.

3) Research has shown that people meditating on a daily basis are far more alert and quick than others.

4) In today?s hectic lifestyle, it is important for us to meditate for at least 15 minutes daily. This helps to rejuvenate our body and spend some time with ourselves

5) Meditation makes our mind to stay alert.

6) Meditation is all about breathing correctly. It is very important to take deep breaths and rejuvenate our entire body. Most of us do not know the benefits of breathing properly. Meditation teaches us so.

7) Meditating helps us to detoxify our body.

8) It helps to calm us down and compose our thoughts.

Try meditating early morning for about 15 to 20 minutes every day. You will soon realize that there is no better way to connect to one?s soul than meditating.
