Most of us feel very sluggish and tired in the morning. As a result, our entire
day gets affected and our work is hampered. There are a few simple tricks that
can be implemented in our day-to-day life to uplift our mood.
1) The best way to start your day would be with a glass of lukewarm water with
honey and lemon in it. This concoction helps to clear your system and detoxify
your body.
2) Just 5 minutes of meditation each morning can do wonders for us. Meditation
helps to compose our mind and relax and thus increases our concentration power.
Research has proved that people who start their day by meditating are far more
energetic and focused, than the ones who don?t meditate.
3) Early morning is the right time to go for a light jog or a brisk walk. It helps
one to connect with ones surrounding and relax. This truly helps one to feel more
energetic throughout the day.
4) In case if meditation and walk is not your cup of tea, then there is no need
to hit the panic button. You can simply hit the gym for fifteen minutes every
day. This to would help to jolt you up. However, one should remember to warm up
and stretch before starting any exercise. Otherwise, one can end up hurting oneself.
