Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. As the name suggests, we break a fast by having food. Many of us prefer skipping breakfast- either to lose weight or because we are short of time. Whatever the case may be, it is very important to start the day with break fast. The food kick starts our body and provides it the required minerals and nutrients. It is important to have a healthy breakfast in the morning as it provides energy to the body. In fact, you can afford to skip any other meals in a day but not the breakfast. Now the question that comes to our mind is that, what exactly should we have for break fast? The idea is to have something light but nutritious. You can simply go for some fruits, oats, and cornflakes with skimmed milk for breakfast. Instead of opting for tea or coffee, you can simply opt for some skimmed milk or fruit juices.

The whole idea is to have something nutritious in the morning. This truly gives your body the much-needed nutrients and energy to combat the daily activities. You are doing your body a great favor by not skipping breakfast. Many people try to avoid having breakfast, thinking that this will help them lose weight. However, all we end up doing is starving our body and as a result, we end up over eating.
